By accessing or using bttmtpodcast.com (the “Site”) or placing an order through our store, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please don't use the Site.

Merch is made to order and fulfilled on our behalf by Printful, a print-on-demand provider. Product images are illustrative; actual colors and print placement may vary slightly. We try to keep availability accurate, but an item may sell out or become unavailable before your order is processed.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Your total — item price plus shipping — is calculated and displayed before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Square; by paying you authorize the charge for the displayed total. We confirm the price and availability of each item on our server at checkout, and if there is a pricing error we may cancel the order and refund you.

Shipping options and costs are quoted at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and fulfillment provider and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier.

Because items are printed to order, we generally cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse or sizing. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support [at] bttmtpodcast.comwithin 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your email access secure. Provide accurate information, and let us know if you believe your account has been compromised.

Don't misuse the Site — including attempting to disrupt it, access it in unauthorized ways, scrape it, or use it to break the law or infringe others' rights.

The Site and its content — including the “Back to the Movie Theater” name, logo, artwork, and episode materials — are owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.

The Site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or an order is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect when we post them and update the “Last updated” date; continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
